Kim Belaire Hair also has a mission to help women living in poverty, starting in the country of Cambodia and eventually other countries around the world. Our hair manufacturing process begins with sourcing hair from our women donors and compensating them with fair wage.  Kim Belaire hair is produced under one roof at our factory in Cambodia which provides working opportunities as well as housing.
