Because our natural hair is 100% RAW human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donor we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. Our natural hair comes in a straight, wavy or a curly pattern, the color will range between a natural 1, 1b and 2. In some cases we may have natural lighter pieces that are available upon request but not guaranteed. If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, the company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly listed product. The company also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders, regardless of whether they have been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, the company will refund the incorrect price to your credit card account.
