Order Processing Shipping & Returns

When you place an order with me, I want you to know exactly what to expect. I personally handle each order from start to finish, so here’s everything you need to know about how I process, ship, and handle your hair.

Please read this information carefully, your confirmation of any order indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

PRODUCT DETAILS

I do my best to match every order to your exact specifications. Because my natural hair extensions are 100% raw human hair and each piece comes from a different donor, I can’t guarantee exact color or texture matches. Hair comes in straight, wavy, or curly patterns, and colors naturally range between 1B and 2. Occasionally, I may have lighter pieces available, but these are not guaranteed. PAYMENT

I accept all major credit cards. Your card will be charged at checkout.

If your billing and shipping address do not match or if my payment processor flags your order I may need you to verify your identity before I can approve and ship your order.

Fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, there are absolutely no refunds or exchanges. 

If your package is returned to sender, you will be responsible for all newly accrued shipping fees associated with the resending of your package. Returned packages must first be received prior to us resending your package.

EXCHANGES 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, there are absolutely no refunds or exchanges. 

I encourage all customers to test hair for any unusual behavior before fully cutting open the bundle.The hair can be tested with a simple shampoo and conditioner. If you feel that you received a defective product please email info@kimbleiarehiar.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your package. It is important to note that using non-recommended products, perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft, or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the opportunity for a replacement. Removal of void tags also eliminates opportunity for exchange.

​I reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are eligible for exchange. I also reserve the right to reject an exchange request previously approved upon receipt. Products sent back without approval are not eligible for exchange.

PROCESSING TIME

 All orders are running on a 1-3 business day processing time. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped. Once shipped, please allow 1-3 business days to receive your order (U.S. orders), or 3-10 days (international orders) without courier delays. 

 

SHIPPING

ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

Please note that I am not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. I encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery as well as unplanned delays. I am unable to make any address updates once your order has begun processing or has already been shipped. Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded.

 Expenses incurred as a result of delayed or inaccurate orders-Kim Belaire Hair is not responsible for any cancellation fees charged by your hair stylist or salon. Before confirming any and all hair appointments, I ask that you receive and confirm all goods purchased. Kim Belaire Hair is also not liable for the installation of products purchased on our website.

All international orders must go through customs. Customs policies and procedures vary per country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any customs fees or duties required to receive your package. We will not mark packages as ‘gifts’ on customs forms

 

DELIVERY

All risk of loss or damage to the product you ordered is no longer our responsibility once the order is dispatched. Kim Belaire is not liable for any errors made by these services. This service does not provide insurance, and is choses at your own risk upon confirmation/acceptance of our terms.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if I am just simply unable to fulfill your order I will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card

I will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before I complete your order
